The University of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a primary and significantly larger national university in the United Arab Emirates. Founded in 1976 by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE aims to be a comprehensive, research-based university and now lists about 14,000 Emirati and international students. As the UAE’s leading college, the UAE offers a full range of first-class graduate and undergraduate programs licensed by nine colleges: Business and Economics; Education; Engineering Food and agriculture. UAEU College of Business and Economics (CBE)

The College of Business and Economics (CBE) has offered business programs since 1977 with a solid convention of valuable teaching, research and facilitation. Due to our focus on quality and permanent change methods and procedures, degree programs have been enhanced according to us and its advice to external analysts around the world.

The CBE has coordinated the AACSB International – Association to Advanced Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) strategy planning guidelines since 1993. Therefore, CBE was the most important school in the Middle East, certified by AACSB in 2000. In 2012, our accounting program met the AACSB-approved discriminatory identification. Today, the CBE is honored globally as the only business unit in the Middle East to be certified in both business and accounting. Of the more than 10,000 such programs, less than 750 are licensed business programs worldwide and only 182 are authorized accounting programs.
